VW Rialta 1995 2.5L 5 cylinder 22QD Up for sale is my VW Rialta named (Enrique 2). I have owned him since 2014 and he has been A member of our family on many adventures. As a long VW fan for years, I highly recommend these vehicles for compact traveling. Having owned 3 Vanagons, 1 Westfalia and Rialta RV, I know these fairly Well. So why am I selling him. . Wife wants something a little bigger, so now we have a VW Vista and must part with Enrique 2 sadly. So let’s get into the details. I have done all the mechanical work and upgrades myself, listed below. • New timing belt, idler pulleys and new cam sprocket. • New water pump, temperature sensor and oil pressure sensor. • New axle shafts with CV joints. New upper and lower ball joints. • New front wheel bearings. • New brake main cylinder. • All new AC system, new compressor condenser expansion valve. • Go West transmission cooler kit. • Oil changed regularly with factory filter and G13 coolant. • Tires plenty of tread. Upgrades completed: • All appliances work and rebuilt including refrigerator, furnace and electric hot water heater. • Roof AC works. • Water pump and plumbing operational. • Custom curtains and front seats reupholstered. What issues: Mechanically nothing…… Runs excellent, transmission never a problem and runs very cool. Again mechanically Everything is good to go. The paint is original and faded, the body is strait and no leaks. The RV has been stored In my driveway for years so will need a paint job someday. As stated, paint and decals are very faded. I never painted him, as it was going to leave outside always, so did not bother. I have some spare parts and all manuals. This is a solid excellent running early Rialta so please Look at prices and what they are worth, thanks for looking.
