Vehicle description
I purchased this 23 foot miniwinne last year and started with exterior renovations. I renovated the cab as well before having to leave for California for work. I love this project but it has been sitting at my parents house since last fall and they no longer want to keep storing it.
This is a project camper and with a little more work could be an amazing gem! It was fully running with no issues when I bought it and drove several hours in it, once stopped the connection to the starter came lose (was not bolted on, and when re-attaching I believe shorted out the starter but not sure, it"s not attempting to turn over but the busbar solenoid clicks) this is an easy cheap fix for anyone who is willing to get under there and replace it, but I can"t be 100% sure that is where the issue is as I never got the chance to try replacing before I left so you should be willing to It is a Chevy 350, these things run forever and there wasn"t any known mechanical issues at purchase when it was inspected and driven to Clearwater. The previous owners mentioned the break pads need replacing but I did not notice any sound or delay when driving.
On initial inspection there were 2 rear blinker lights out (probably just needs new bulbs) but everything else was working fine, the front door latches need to be replaced or puttied for traction, has new water heater, new AC unit, new furnace heater, bamboo wood floors installed by the previous owner, and tile back splash in the kitchen area. I replaced all window and door seals as well as the two top windows, took out the entry closet space in preparation to build it higher and put in a smaller fridge. All electrical outlets were functional and tested as well as interior lights (though most have been taken out for preparation of new ceiling panels. Radio in cab was not connected so have not tested this.
Has an area by the bathroom that was originally bunk beds and could be made into this again, it was just one small bed when I purchased and I planed to cut it into a sofa/sitting area and close off the end of it for more closet space (as I was planing to try living full time in this when it was completed). But you can always just add a cushion back and make it an extra single bed.
All exterior seals were replaced for exterior remodel, as well as new rear door latch
This will fit easily in all camp grounds. :)
The bathroom was gutted in preparation of renovation, as well as the fridge and ceiling panels pulled out for new ones. I planed to install solar panels on roof and convert current electrical system. W ater pump was also disconnected in preparation for the bathroom remodel but has been tested.
For the ceiling I planed to add recessed lighting and hard panels, this should also be a quick day project but it can always be converted back to a fabric ceiling put on with glue if you would like.
When checking pumps and all outlets, interior electrical worked well, no issues. AC ran super cold and I had it blasting when doing interior work.
Has 33k miles. A main sleeping area above the cab (I had a 6in memory foam mattress on here and slept there but took the mattress with me when I drove to California), a kitchen sitting area with a gas range and oven, spot for a fridge, all cabinet doors (took them off for painting),
a back bed. This can be made into a twin bed, I had planed to close off the extra space to make another closet and a small sitting area.
Oven worked when testing, and sink. Gas tank was inspected and still very solid.
The biggest project at this at this point will be the bathroom, but the toilet is installed so it will mostly be the shower install (if you want one) and sink (sink included as well as cabinet doors) and adding in flooring as well as panting and small details like lights.
Clear title, registration expired in January (the 8th) as I haven"t been in FL to renew. All paperwork in reference to this will be provided to buyer. Pick up will be coordinated with my mother Lisa from Clearwater FL.
