Condition is Used. 23 foot long, It has 2 dinning tables one has 2 leafs and folds to a king bed with a bunk over it, 1 is standard and slides out of the way and folds to a twin bed. Has new back splash and wall paper, new ceiling, a Colman gas lantern in the kitchen, freshly sealed roof, all windows work, ac/heat, full bathroom, all plumbing and electrical work, fridge works, stove/oven work, big closet, outdoor storage, 2 roof vents, new curtains and cushions are redone, all original wood and some cute built ins, super cute and clean! Hot water heater does not work, have a new one in box just not installed.
