First off I would like to post a few comments. I am an honest seller, and like to work with honest buyers. If you bid on my trailer, just drop me a quick message saying you are a real buyer, not your kid playing with your cell phone, and buying things for mommy! If I do not receive a message the whole auction, Ill assume your bid is accidental and cancel it. If you are spending thousands on a vehicle and you have no questions at all, that is not reassuring on my end. If this is your first trailer ask questions! I love to help, and don"t want you driving three day to pick her up, in a Volkswagen beetle. Lol. Also a bid is a commitment to buy. Check my feedback, it"s a hundred percent since 2007! This trailer is not restored! I also don"t pull rotted trailers out of fields. This is renovated not restored. It has dents, scrapes, little holes, scratches, imperfections, and character. Its 52 years old. I happen to live in the desert where black mold can not thrive like it does in humid climates. Also rust is not a huge problem. I buy trailers that people in the middle of nowhere are done using. I bring them home, sketch out a cool look, design, create! This trailer pulls perfectly. Hitch is good, 2 inch ball. Tires and bearings have 2 miles on them. The stove works well, and the propane tank it good, I replaced the tank mounting hardware on the hitch but the line from the tank to the stove needs to be replaced. I can do this easily, if you wish, just let me know , and it will be done before you get here. THIS DOES NOT HAVE A BATHROOM. RV parks have bathrooms and not kitchens, so this has a kitchen. Lol. It does have an emergency toilet that is factory, and came with trailer, and is real cute! Electrical seems to work with no issues. Has the ten gallon water tank removed, but all plumbing is there. This is common now. A lot of people remove the tanks for more storage and just pick up a couple five gallon water jugs at the store. This wasn"t an option in 67. Trailer cabin is 13" long x7.2" wide x 8" high. 3" tongue. Total length from hitch to rear bumper is 16 feet. 200 pound tongue weight. Trailer is 1800 lbs. Electric fridge. This is for people that want an eye grabber in the rv park, or to go to vintage trailer shows without paying 20k. You will need to touch up paint, or do repairs, or maintain her as she is old. Hook up, camp on the way home. I love building these, and want them to get good homes, and have your happy faces posted all over my trailer fb site. This trailer is solid, no leaks that I have seen. The back glass was broken when I got her. I removed the whole frame, removed all old putty, sanded frame, replaced glass, sealed everything with new putty, and clear rv sealer. does this mean the back window cant leak? of coarse not. I do my best but and I want you to be happy, but it should not, isn"t it will not. All roof seams have been sealed with rv lapp sealer. Clear titile, As is sale. The cusuions in this are not great. Trailer needs new foam and fabric. I left what was there to use as templates. If you want a new water tank, let me know and we will get it done. If you want AC done correctly, let me know, we will get it done. Want the floors redone, let me knw, and we will get it done. I am going to be on a road trip during the duration of this items auction time. I can answer questions, but will not physically be at the trailer. good luck bidding!
