Thanks for looking. This rare beauty "Miss Lily" may of had a checkered past but has kept her character and shows it. It"s hard to find one of these in such original condition given she"s closing in on 60 yrs.old. I"ve owned her since 1994 and have a clear title, she comes with a MI. permanent plate. Everything works,glass is good, I repainted her around 6 years ago after a friend gave it power washing stripes.I replaced all the old screws with SS and replaced the window seals,new curtains 8 yrs ago using vintage material,bench seat cloth replaced maybe 10 years ago.The sub-floor and frame are solid.,the floor tile by the door was replaced due to water damage.It now has a water proof barrier and carpet. She has electric brakes but I"ve never used or tested them.Tires are good and all the lights work.I replaced the rear tail lights that were cracked with exact reproductions for better visibility.I added the spare tire holder but is yet untried.The awning is in great shape but the stakes for it are pretty beat up.I"m sure there are some minor dents and other imperfections that won"t show up in the pictures but should be expected.I suggest inspecting it in person because I"m asking for a $1000 non-refundable deposit at end of auction with balance at pick-up. I"ve left enough meat on the bone for someone to fix it up for a flip and yet good enough for someone to use as is. I"m including a lot of extra"s,parts,dishes,pans,etc. Please don"t bid if you"re not going to follow through with purchase. its being sold as is with no return. LOA 16ft. 13ft cabin
