Vehicle description
Please don"t bid or buy it now unless you plan on paying as I"ve "sold" this 4 times now on Ebay and no one ever responds or pays the deposit etc. and I lose one of my free vehicle listings for the year (and Ebay does not replace them).
Fixer upper but in pretty good shape. Pulls perfectly down the road.” UNKNOWN year but Ebay required me to enter one in order to proceed.
Great restoration project. Pulls great down the road. Solid floors and frame. Roof leaks but I"ve had it covered with rubber and a tarp to prevent further damage.
All the windows work - they crank in and out. Right rear one does not crank completely closed though - it stops a 1/4" from closing all the way.
No title needed as it qualifies for a Permanent Michigan trailer plate.
Unknown year but Ebay required me to enter one in order to publish the ad/auction.
It is 6" 4" wide, 12" 4" long, and 7" 4" tall at the door. The tongue adds another 3" 4" to the total length.
There is no mold anywhere.
The water tank area looks as good - if not better - than all the other parts of the trailer.
I had 2-3 layers of 1/8" rubber over it ever since I got it a few years ago.
Roof leaks but I"ve had it covered for years with heavy duty rubber so it won"t do any more damage than was done a long time ago - very minor and easily fixable. I have many more photos that I can send . . check last picture for details.
If you"re from Michigan, you can get a permanent trailer plate & registration that lasts for the LIFETIME of the trailer for one reasonable price - no need to ever renew it or pay a yearly registration fee. I"m sure that other States have something similar for home-built or re-constructed trailers.
I have a propane heater and stove for it if you are interested in them and there is a refrigerator in it. There is not a commode or shower hooked up but the space is there for them.
It has the original Serro Scotty hub caps.
The back bed area is there and sturdy. The sink and cupboard and counter area is there and in good condition also.
The tires have great tread but are weather checked. If you"d like me to take it to Walmart and have new tires put on it, just let me know. It would be an additional expense to the buyer but it should cost too much - probably $100 -$150 depending on what type of tires that you want. Trailer tires are more expensive but you could put vehicle tires on it for less.
One tail light has fallen off the back as I was pulling it to my other property but it didn"t break, it just popped out and was hanging by the electrical wires. I"ve never tested the tail lights but wouldn"t be surprised if they work as the trailer is in pretty good shape.
This is a fixer upper.
