Vehicle description
1994 Ford Thunderbird race car. Road course 105" front steer Laughlin chassis. Truck arm rear. 9 inch 4:11 open rear. 4 piston calipers front and rear. The person I bought this car from owned it over 20yrs, he said he bought it from the Fast Track driving school. The fuel filler tube is also autographed by Andy Hillenburg. The engine is a healthy 351W rebuilt with very low run time. 4 speed manual trans. Engine bay mounted dry sump oil tank and filter system, but not hooked up to this engine. Rear axle cooler. engine bay fire suppression system. The current paint scheme of this car is Rusty Wallace 1994 and looks just like it would have drove off the track in 1994. The car runs fantastic, clutch is strong, only real issue would be the tires. They are vintage 1994 tires, 2 have been marked as used at Daytona, and they are all rock hard. Would not be safe to drive on. I originally intended on making this street legal but can"t bring myself to modify this nice of a car. These earlier cars don"t come up for sale often in this condition and turnkey. I"m always looking for other interesting vehicles in lieu of cash. Located in Princeton WI 54968
The car is wired for a radio, It has the push to talk button on the steering wheel, roof mount antenna (It unscrews and I normally leave it off so car cover lays flat) Car cover included. There is a plastic radio pocket on the drivers side inside body next to the seat for a radio to fit into. No radio included but you can connect to what is in the car if you can one that is compatible. Battery shut off is on the down bar within reach of the driver (original location) It also has 2 MSD style ignition boxes. Primary and a back up, also within reach of the driver. The harnesses are expired. They are dated 1994. With very little updating this car could be on a race track again.
I am available to ask any questions at any time and the car can also be inspected in person at any time.
