Vehicle description
It"s a sad day but we are selling our cute 1965 12 ft Santa Fe Cub. We hate to sell it but we have another vintage project camper and don"t need 2.
No title but will give bill of sale. Brand new tires, tight wheel bearings, never used appliances since we"ve owned it as it"s been mostly used for camping without electricity, but was told by previous owner that everything worked - window unit AC, no bathroom, will probably need new wiring, we have used an extension cord (mounted on wall near bed) for lamp lighting, bed is a stationary bed (doesn"t fold up).
Previous owner said there were no leaks but the water damage in the walls have gotten a little worse since we"ve owned it (we"ve owned it 7 years). I have included pics of the worst damaged areas. The local vintage RV repair shop said it wasn"t in instant need of gutting but will need it in the near future. We have resealed most of the camper, including the windows. Overall, the camper needs work but still solid enough to use - we have been camping in it locally. Weighs around 1100 pounds so very easy to tow with a small SUV. The Santa Fe"s, especially this size, are very collectable and can sell for up to $8,500 when fully restored. Local pickup in Northeast Arkansas. Thanks for looking.
