"This 49 year old camper is a great candidate for fixing up and restoring some previous water damage noticed a few areas but nothing too serious and currently no roof leaks" (See pics) Floor seems to be solid, Air does not work, gas and plumbing has not been checked, refrigerator works. Step needs blocked coming into camper, folds in but loose attachment. The Aluma Frame and underbelly is in excellent condition.
Takes 2 and 5/16 ball hitch weighs 5700 lb is about 30 ft long from rear to front of hitch. "Comes with a clear green Michigan title recently towed 60 miles at highway speeds so it tows excellent, trailer lights not working so portable trailer lights will be needed"
