16" actual and the tongue is an additional 44".
Has a full bath with shower.
Built in heater with wall thermostat.
Double SS kitchen sinks.
NO rust anywhere other than surface on the under side frame.
Floors are rot free and very solid.
All the windows open and close as they should; two windows have a crack but do not leak.
Refrig is New and never been used.
Lots and lots of cabinet space, huge closet also.
Has the mini extra folding table. See the picture.
Cushions are in good condition with a few minor tares.
Vinyl floor covering is original and in near perfect condition.
Exterior is not without some minor dings here and there. Original paint is starting to fade.
Tires will need renewed as they are showing sines of dry rot.
The original spare with wheel is included.
Propane tanks are empty.
All locks have keys, two outside storage compartments and the passage door also, and the one for the new refrig.

This was top of the line in 74, except Air Streams.
I purchased from the original owner. I have towed it with ease with my mini truck. Very nice camper. . . .Sold as is. There are no guarantees.
