This is a fixer with good bones. It still has tons of potential and so much of it is original. The body is really straight except the top right side has a dent that a tree did but it did not affect the inside and there"s no holes in the roof. There is an air conditioner up there that does not work and there is a cover for that that is not in the photos. There are many extra parts for this RV and also original parts for repairs that were taken apart near the entrance door and the other dinette side. The windows, some of them are foggy. The appliances need replacing and the bathroom needs work. Almost all of the rollup cabinets work. The original bins are inside for storage. The tires are good and the towing weight is approximately 4100 pounds and I pulled it with my Honda ridgeline pickup. It towed very nicely. There are two propane tanks and I doubt any of that stuff works. It also needs electrical work throughout and work done on the ceiling lights, fans etc. The kitchen needs work. It needs the front cabinets finished under the sink area. This is really beautiful and would be amazing with some work done on it. It"s not like it"s trashed, it just needs repairing, refurbishing etc. I will not describe every single ding, scratches on the outside etc. this sat for many years and it has been cleaned outside and inside but needs to be shined up and refurbished on the inside. All of this reflects in my low price. The hitch works great. These are so super well-made and remind me of airplanes. Grab your airstream now and put your own touches. Please ask any questions.
