15" long w/tongue
74" CEILING HEIGHT in front of stove
Sleeps 6. All cushions need recovering.
All windows open/close properly, 1 piece glass is cracked. 1 window screen missing
1 propane tank and mount on front, working jack, includes two leveling jacks
Replaced tires and towed down the freeway 30 miles, no problem.
Original hub caps
2 INCH BALL HITCH
LP gas stove and furnace, untested.
HEAVY duty electric cord, 21 feet connected. lights and outlets work fine.
AIR CONDITIONER does not work. Original window included. REFRIDGERATOR NOT WORKING
Pressure water works fine, hand pump also. 15 gallon plastic water tank.
ROOF AND CEILING HAVE HAD WORK DONE IN THE PAST BY PRIOR OWNERS AND THERE
IS DAMAGE FROM WATER. FLOOR IS SOLID ALL OVER
ALL CABINET DOORS WORK FINE. FOLD UP COUNTER NEXT TO STOVE .
