Vintage 1966 Terry Travel Trailer by Fleetwood previously made by Coach Industries. Great project camper with good bones!. Needs insulation and paneling for the ceiling and the front and back walls. All leaks have been sealed and all water damaged areas have been removed and partially repaired. This camper is now 100% leak free. Wood framing is in great condition. All the appliances are in good working condition and the Refrigerator runs on electric only. Propane oven & 3 burner stove top works great as does the propane lamp. There are three electric lamps in this camper. Electric is fully functional and runs off 110 amp power. Both tires are fully inflated and the bearings was packed with grease a couple years ago and it has not been moved since. This camper has a 10-15 gallon water storage tank and the sink has a working hand pump that draws water up from the tank. The screen door needs new screen at the bottom section as does one window. The Bargman door lock needs repaired and has since been removed but I will include the lock along with key. One louver window needs to be replaced and a couple others have some cracks at the corners but are still fully in tact and functional. Comes with a full propane tank and a couple leveling jacks. Has a good working hitch as well. Has lots of storage and sleeps up to 5 people. Couch folds out to a bed as does the upper bunk. The table also serves as another bed space. This is a great looking aluminum camper with lots of potential. I just don"t have the time to finish it nor the space to store it anymore. We are currently in the process of down sizing to a small house with no place to park it. A $300 non refundable deposit due within 48hrs and the ballance is to be paid in cash at the time of pick up no later than 7 days. I purchased this camper from the original owner and no title was ever issued as back in 1966 a title was not required therefore manufacturers did not issue one. I will include a proper bill of sale.
