Super cute 16 Ft. 1965 Aristocrat Land Commander bumper pull camper with CLEAN TITLE. Light weight and pulls great. It is a project camper and I am selling it as such. It needs work but will be pretty cool when complete.
Pros: Original, working turquoise stove, range hood, and ice box Includes 4 vintage stabilizer jacks and equalizer hitch Original rock guard in decent condition OK tires and hard-to-find Aristocrat hubcaps Light weight and pulls great Great "Glamper" potential Solid floor and decent undercarriage Original propane lamp Original potty Original interior cone lights and working exterior lights All windows and screens are present (one has a couple chipped corners) New 7 way connector and electrical connection Original Aristocrat step (bracket needs repair)
Cons:
Floor doesn"t have any soft spots but flooring itself is damaged in spots - see pics Damaged driver"s side rear corner and some bulging in wall Upholstery doesn"t appear to be original There is some water damage to the interior walls - see pics Slight sagging in the ceiling by the closet door. Door still opens, but catches. It has the original metal water tank under the driver"s side dinette bench. The bench is slightly elevated and the tank doesn"t fit quite right. I think it can be easily repaired once a new plastic tank is installed. As is the case most project trailers, there is plenty of work to be done. Please review the pictures, ask for more, ask all the questions you can think of, and consider the level of expense, effort, and expertise needed when bidding. We want happy customers who now exactly what they are purchasing!
