Selling my fully restored, vintage 1963 Airstream Globetrotter 19ft with clean title. This project was a total restoration over the course of 3 years. Finished the trailer last year, used it a lot last season and worked out the kinks, now selling for another project. Has been re-polished, painted, and detailed this season so it’s ready for the next owner. EVERYTHING IS 100% OPERATIONAL and ready to go camping as soon as you hook it up to your vehicle. I am even including a weight stabilizer hitch. Please check out all of the pictures and video to see how everything functions, I have included a couple original photos as well. Feel free to ask as many questions as needed or request additional photos. I have much of the original paperwork and manuals from the factory, as well as all manuals for the new appliances. I kept as much original as possible for nostalgia, but replaced and modernized as necessary. During restoration, any soft areas in the subfloor were removed, exposed frame painted with POR15, replaced with marine-grade plywood, then topped with a vinyl plank flooring. I have well over 1000 hours of time in this project, 300 of which just in polishing. There are only a couple significant scratches that remain on the exterior that can be seen in the pictures. Camper sleeps 3-4 adults, or 2 adults + 2 kids very comfortably. It is 19ft from bumper to tongue, and is listed at 3500 lbs dry weight from the factory. It can be towed with an ELECTRIC TESLA SUV, any 6cyl SUV, minivan, or small truck. It was re-built for dry-camping; complete with a new large 42 gallon water tank, solar panel, propane heat, large propane tanks, LED lighting in and out, and deep cycle batteries, but can parked in an RV park with 30amp hookup just the same.
