You are bidding on an original 1966 16’ “Self-Contained” Bee Line model Travel Trailer manufactured in Elkhart, Indiana. After doing research, the Bee Line models are some of rare ones with limited models manufactured from 1960-1975. I doubt you will ever come across another one just like this anywhere. The original owner purchased purchased this new years ago and handed it down two generations. We are only the second owners aside from family. We are focusing more on retiring which is the only reason for selling. We truly hope to find a new owner who will greatly appreciate the history and uniqueness she brings. There is no grey water holding tank. The kitchen sink simple drains underneath which would just be soapy water. A bucket would easily collect your dish water if need be. Minor issues – small crack in the bottom corner of a front window & one on one jalousie windows on the door (both could be replaced but are barely noticeable). The interior birch has just a few areas with character flaws due to age and old moisture-one area is below a back side window & around the front booth side window-these have been refinished to the best of our ability and now look ok-I just didn’t see the need to tear into those areas in the hopes the new wood would match. Character is what this vintage RV is all about. There was some water damage around the roof vent-this wood has all been replaced and refinished to match the ceiling-looks nice! NO leaks now! Original linoleum flooring-we love the look! Takes a 2” Ball with original slide down hitch lock-see pix Brand new safety Chains All chassis complete with new undercoating-black oil spray gloss Front tongue repainted including newer propane tank to match the trailer color Propane tank has plenty of propane, and there is a new regulator New tail lights and wiring-lights work great. Brand new tires – Wheel bearings are fine and have been re-greased Dual plus in exterior outlets on the front side for exterior lighting. New electric wiring throughout the interior-checked and safe by a licensed electrician (paperwork included). 2 coats of white rubberized roof coating – NO LEAKS! Roof vent-crank up & screen is in excellent condition. New front and side reflectors all the way around. New door knob with 2 keys-locks securely & new door screen Fresh water direct fill freshwater holding tank- not connected-could be reconnected Original sink pump faucet from holding tank – not connected – could be reconnected New sink water faucet and hose for direct water hook up – completed by a licensed plumber All interior walls & ceiling birch wood has been recoated with gloss polyurethane-beautiful! New interior lights in the back and front of the trailer, vintage style light in the bathroom with electric outlet for blow dryer, etc. done by a professional electrician (paperwork included) New Interior Fuse Box, and Exterior Heavy Duty 120 exterior plug-in with new cover cap Propane range top with 3 burners-works perfectly. Brand new build in electric refrigerator with vent that also acts as a secret storage compartment. Brand new shelf-mounted microwave. Brand new curtains in all windows with retro pattern to match the exterior coloring. All New rugs All window screens are in good condition. All jalousie window cranks are OK with the exception of just two places. The front side window is closed and does need a replacement crank to open/close correctly. We have a new crank. And, the new crank installed on the door jalousie window will not allow the windows to completely close tight leaving just a small opening-the windows do close firm and can not be opened from the outside. We fixed this issue gap by simply installing a removable storm window on the inside which can easily be removed in warmer weather (see pix). Another type of crank may allow the windows to completely close (we never got around to doing this). Includes: New cutting Board to cover sink area for more counter space, electric skillet, matching towels Brand new HIGH quality leatherseat cushions with matching pillows and new cloth back seat cushions at thefront booth area. The table workperfectly and folds down to make a full size bed sleeping two. New mattress pad and new plushmatching blanket to cover the back couch area. These cushions are in good condition. The couch pulls out to make a nicedouble bed sleeping two. Includes twonew décor pillows. There used to be a swing up bunkbed which is no longer there. Anyone who is handy could probably replace thebunk bed once again. The bathroom comes with apopular, BRAND NEW 6 gallon porta potty for portable disposal of waste. Easyand high enough for comfortable sitting. TONS of storage with a wardrobe,drawers, cabinets, storage under the front seats & couch. The rear storage can be accessed from theinside or out. This trailer does have some charactermarks inside and out. After all, she is55 years old. However, they arecertainly not major. The two-tone colorexterior color is stunning. This trailerwill bring years of fun and will no doubt increase in value. We are going to be sad to see her go. We have over two years of work investing in restoring this trailer.
