House batteries replaced 2016 Everything Works in this RV
It drives amazingly tight, smooth, transmission shifts perfectly. Only 38k! Driver side has a separate door & power window. All water, sewer & electrical hooks, LP, stove, dual powered fridge, AC, Power Steps, Power seats, plumbing. . EVERYTHING works perfect.
Bought it for my brother, He was not taking care of it after 5 minths, so I took it back. . It needed some maintenance, All together I spent a little over $10,000.00 in the last two months getting it ready to be sold.
Convection oven died about 2 months ago, so I put a new one in @ $550.00. Had the generator rebuilt, New boards. $1,550.00 Had the breaks done. $300.00 Had Plugs & wires replace, all OEM, MotorCraft parts. $265.00 Changed the engine oil. $85.00 Replaced both Mushroom roof caps, had the roof resealed, & all new Carpet installed by LeMasa. $6,400.00 Had the Full RV professionally detailed $875.00 Had the grey & black tanks emptied & cleaned, Had the LP tank filled, Had the gas tank filled, Drained & refilled the Fresh water tank $460.00 Comes with New dishes, New Dirt Devil Vacuum, Toaster & Knife set, & Oem factory pillows, & bed cover set. All in Photos. Its stored at a RV storage place where it is plugged in. As well as it is Ready to go now, Doesn’t even need to stop for gas! 2 full sets of keys!
