2003 Winnebago Adventurer Class A motor home powered by chevy 8.1 ltr. V8 with an Allison 5 speed w/ overdrive transmission. Chassis has 55132 miles on it. The generator has 836.2 hrs. VIN, # 5B4MP67G223352488 2 Slide-outs. 1 is 16" long in living/ dining area and the other slides the full queen bed and closet. Bed has new up-graded mattress 1 year ago. There has never been smoking inside this coach. The appliances are a 4 door rv refrigerator (new 1 year ago) works off 12v and propane or 120 volts. A 3 burner propane stove with oven, a microwave/ convection oven. A 10 gallon water heater that"s heated with propane and/or 120 volts. It will also heat while you drive from the engine through a heat exchanger. There is a onan gold 5500 watt very quiet generator. The air conditioner is not roof units. This coach has a basement air conditioner/ heat pump. The complete unit was replaced in 2014. It also has a propane furnace all are ducted through out the coach. and controlled from 1 thermostat The sofa opens out to make a queen bed and the dinette makes into a bed as well. The upholstery on the dinette and sofa was replaced in 2016 and is in excellent condition. All carpeting was removed and a commercial VCT tile was laid throughout. Custom roll up shades with solar screens were installed on the windshield and drivers and passengers window giving total black out and privacy when parked A 32” led flat screen TV was relocated on the back wall of living area. And a new sound system was installed last winter. 2 new 6 volt house batteries installed last spring. The batteries have a solar panel to maintain its charge . Rear tires are good and the 2 fronts were replaced last spring. Also has back up camera, hydraulic leveling jacks, 20 gal. built in propane tank and a 16" awning. Too many extras to list.
