I had a chance to make a trip to the RV and to clean and take some updated pictures. I received a lot of valid questions and felt that I needed to put more time and effort into this description and images.
My father used this RV for a few years full time including winters here in Colorado. He cannot live on his own any longer due to health reasons and thus we are looking to part with this unit. I personally have no use for it as we just purchased a home.
Pet free and Smoke free. No smells of any kind. No mildew. No leaks from what we know. A great example! There is plenty of windows for an airy and well lit environment. The wood tone is light and so are the countertops and walls. This combination gives this RV a very pleasant fell. You can see from the pictures how clean and well kept this unit is.
32 foot 3 slide outs and one awning. Plenty of external storage space including a large slide out drawer and front storage compartment. Interior is packed with numerous areas of storage including a coat closet when you first enter the RV. The master bedroom closet has a large closet behind double mirror doors with multiple drawers and one built in hamper bin. The master bedroom includes a stand in shower which is super clean and with zero mildew and smells or stains. Shower was well kept and cleaned as expected.The bathroom has its own location with its own door. The door swings open fully so no cramped spaces to overcome. The toilet was recently updated and includes a bidet option. We always used the proper cleaning supplies and toilet paper to make sure the septic tank was never compromised. Again, zero odor in the bathroom. There is plenty of storage space here as well. The queen size mattress is basically new and is still wrapped in its plastic covering. My father used a mattress topper. So no need to replace the mattress!
The kitchen/ dining/ and living area is all original and in great shape. The couch pulls out to a full size bed. The entertainment center includes a Bose 321 surround system which is included in the sale. There is also a separate mini fridge that is included in the sale. The built in fridge and freezer functions as is. The fridge door wood panel came loose and we taped some of it together and functions with no issues. We did source another complete wood door that can be replaced by the new owner. Microwave works and the gas stovetop works with no issues. No leaks around or under the kitchen sink or the master bedroom faucet. No smells around the kitchen.
The Michelin tires are fairly new and have plenty of tread left. The steel wheels are also in great shape. Towing the unit to its new location should not be an issue. The RV was surrounding by a makeshift wood skirt which did a great job at protecting the tires from the elements.
Things to consider is the exterior vinyl graphics is coming loose and is frayed. There is a light on the rear of the RV that need replacing (its the center light). The carpet in the living room area could use a good cleaning.
We purchased the unit from an RV dealer and they did a one over and did all the maintenance before we purchased it. At that time we paid an additional fee to have the furnace spruced up. As such we did finance the unit so the bank has the title. The bank is not located in Colorado. As with buying any used vehicle the title is processed within 30 days. You can take immediate ownership of the unit once funds are received. If cash then faster however if paying with cashier check then funds need to be verified and cleared first. You can leave with the unit the same day but the title needs to be processed. Routine procedure. You can get a temporary tag or use the Bill of Sale for your travels.
