Up for sale is one military HMMH tractor (High Mobility Material Handler) FLU10344 This was made by the Freightliner corporation for Mercedes-Benz. These are based on the same model as the 419 Unimog. This is unit #452175. It was built in 01/1990 It shows 2388 miles and 45 hours , with a 2009 government rebuild ! Id say the mileage since the rebuild is more like a 200!. This unit has been checked out in our shop by undergoing a service checklist. All fluids have been checked, replaced, topped off as needed. This is a very clean unit ready to be put to work. These unique pieces can do a variety of jobs in one compact unit. On the front of the truck is a fork lift that is rated at 4000 lbs and 109" work height, it also rotates and tilts. On the rear is a crane lift that is rated at 6000lbs lift with a 26 ft tall work height and 19 ft reach. You can dismount the front forks and rear crane making a small very agile truck. The truck also has aux. hydraulics for running a variety of tools like a jack hammer, rock drill, impact, chain saw, and all other kinds of attachments. I do have a few attachments available for extra if you buy a truck. The Mercedes 6 cylinder inline 346 cubic inch diesel runs strong and is rated at 110 hp. Behind that is a 16 speed transmission for all kinds of gear speeds. Top speed rated by the military is 50mph, but its not safe to go that fast if it will with all the attachments on. 35-40 mph is a safe top speed with the attachments on or you can go 45-50 mph with them off. It also has disc brakes. The 4×4 system works fine, the front and rear differential will lock together providing true 4 wheel drive. The truck is sitting on Michelin like new XL’s 12.5-20 tires. The truck has new military spec batteries in it and is ready to go. All major functions have been tested and work properly.( the aux hyd at this time are not operating, bad switch can be fixed if needed parts are ordered) Truck has no major leaks, it may leak out a drip or two overnight from the hydraulic system, or it may not. I am just thing to be honest. The interior of this truck is in goods condition. The truck has a PTO for the hydraulic pump only, no extra pto is at the rear of the truck. It has hyd. power to the rear of the truck also when the backhoe is removed. All in all these are a rare nice tractor with a whole bunch of uses. These are being sold as a tractor with a bill of sale only. Indiana 7% sales tax applies if you are a Indiana citizen, or if you travel from out of state and pick it up yourself. If it gets shipped out of state by a third party shipper no affiliated to you than its tax exempt meaning you don’t pay tax. These are the rules no exceptions.
