Folks you are looking at our Sunline Camper that we have owned for many years and have had alot of years and season of vacations which is full of memories for us forever, Now it is your turn to enjoy it as much as we have for those family memories.
Description:
This is a Sunline camper completely self contained unit. Camper is complete full kitchen 3 burner gas stove,with used working oven, And yes this has been used every year to bake cakes for our children as all there birthdays were planned around our vacations. Large nice double drain stainless steel sinks. lots of cabinets and storage. Nice size fresh water holding tank. Gas hot water heater. Large electric only refrigerator and freezer. A full wet bathroom, shower and toilet, with dirty water holding tank. Roof air conditioner and emergency pop out roof vent over bunk area. Gas furnace with wall thermostat. Camper also has a bunk area or storage above the dinette area, great for small people its how we used it. The dinette area is roomy and works out so well for those rainy or hot days that you want to eat inside or play games. This also makes a large bed area for 2 people. Then you have the cabover bunk area which was mom and dads area with privacy curtains, which for many years those young kids end up there, so for many years it was a bed for 4. ( would not change that for anything. remember the memory part I mentioned. )
Condition:
This camper has been well kept and pet free and smoke free and no varmints. Really folks you want a nice camper here you are. All cushions are nice with no rips or odd smells or dirty. All flooring and ceiling panels and walls and trims are great condition. kitchen area wall paper has a few wrinkles and loose areas very minor but want you to know everything. All functions of this camper always worked as they should. Camper is winterized and stored inside. This camper has not been used in 2019, Reason being we had purchased a different one and wanted to be certain we were going to like it before selling this one. I guess we decided tough decision. The camper has a new Coleman mach unit roof air conditioner that was replaced 2 years ago cost me almost $1000.00. This happened on a vacation trip and we had to fix it next day on our trip way to hot with out it. Also the refrigerator was replaced 3 years ago with a bigger one and electric only unit. This camper has never had a roof leak that I am aware of or any signs of a roof leak. The outside will clean up really nice its little dusty and the stripes do have some sun cracks and paint fading in them. The person we had bought it from long ago was a roofer and he sealed the roof to prevent any problems with something he said was special protective material , He was a roofer and builder. Nice. See this it in pictures. In the past occasionally we would have small amount of dampness on the right side upper window bunk area wall area but not from the roof while on our vacations if it rained alot. I would have to caulk the seams at times that I thought may be causing it to prevent before the trips. But really not sure were it ever came in from, Never really saw any obvious area or problem. Was told maybe from the wind while driving may vibrate one of the factory seams or moldings. If you are winning bidder remind me to show you this area so you can prevent it also.
What you are buying:
You are buying the Sunline camper only No truck, and just as I have explained it. You will need to take your tailgate of your truck and get tie downs for your truck. I can help you figure this out if you win, really easy to do. Can use good ratchet straps to get it home, Its what I have used for years. This camper weight is about 2175 lbs and you need to have an 8 foot truck bed in length. I have always used a 3/4 ton truck and I always had a 21 foot boat towing behind me. Hope this helps all you folks, I tell you just like it is and all pictures were just taken in the past 48 hours of posting this ad even the ones on my truck. I took the time to load it so you could see it better outside full view. I have someone that will possibly deliver for a fee.
