Its 38 ft long, living room is 14’ X 10’ withthe two 30” X 5’ slide outs open, kitchen is 11’ X 11’ with the 8.5’ slide outopen and the bedroom is 8’ X 11.5’ with the wardrobe and bed slide out open. Ithas a standard bathroom with roomy stall shower and sky light. There are 3 fan/vents, 1 in bedroom, 1 inkitchen & 1 in bathroom, all are automatic if you so chose and will closewhen they sense rain. Living room has 6 cabinets with pop up TV, DVD player andradio all with a sound bar and a heat producing fireplace. We have one slideout setup as an office with desk top, 24” X 6’ and two file cabinets and theother is my sewing area complete with 6’ X 24” table top and lots of underspace. There is also a roof vent and 9 opening windows. We have 2 recliners,chair and a foot stool in the living room and there is plenty of space to getaround. The Kitchen has an 8’ X 30” slide out which is where we haveour table and benches as well as the year old fridge. There are 7 cabinets inthe kitchen with a combined space of 8’ of counter top. There are 4 regulardrawers and 2 deep ones I use for pots and pans and wax paper, and such,storage. It has 2 pull out cubbies for spices and cutting boards, a double sinkwith goose neck faucet , 3 burner stove and oven, microwave and utensil hangbar. There is 5.5’x9.5’ open floor space and 4 opening windows and entry doorwith screen. The bedroom has a slide out wardrobe with 2 closets and 10drawers. There is a side closet that hasa washer/dryer hookup with a small (no one less than 7’ tall can reach it,cubby above it). It has a queen size bed with 3 cabinets over the head boardand storage underneath. There is 5’X8’ open floor space and 4 openingwindows. The wood work throughout is all cherry stained and is inmarvelous condition. Over this entirecamper is in great shape. The fridge isnew, the heater was just repaired, the air conditioner is a year old, and ithas a new bracket under the fresh water tank, new tank valves and new ‘scissor’jacks in the back for stability. It hastank heaters, 1 black water, 2 grey water, a fresh water tank and a sensorpanel inside. Slide outs have their ownawnings and the large awning is in great condition. This defiantly a must see camper! It comes with 17 months remaining on thetransferable service contract, all blocks and wrenches necessary for set up aswell as the ‘Reese’, 18K lb fifth wheel in my truck. If you need a truck to tow it, we can discussthat too if you’d like. We are heading northand don’t need either any more.
