Vehicle description

Toy Hauler - Jayco 161. Smallest toy hauler I know of at 16 feet. Located near Daytona. Excellent condition. It easily held my 2018 Goldwing. I am the second owner according to the dealer I bought it from. I have owned it about 5.5 years. Used it 2 - 3 times per year. Propane heat and stove top. 30 amp service. Convection microwave. It has a fuel tank for your toys, that I never used. Refrigerator uses propane/electric or both. Electric A/C. Black/Grey water tanks with electric gauges (but if you have had an RV before you know not to rely on gauges when it comes to dirty water - flush the holding tanks frequently). Jayco says it sleeps 6. I say 4 unless 2 are children and the other 4 are real friendly. The table only seats 4. It has a top bunk raised and lowered electrically. I have only used that for little kids and bedding storage. Hot water for the inside/outside shower and tub works with both electric and propane. I have had the seats (1 couch and 2 bench seats) recovered in cloth. (The Jayco "pleather" is crap). The seats fold up when being used with toys. I left them down unless I was bringing the Goldwing with me. Electric jack in the front to assist in hooking to your vehicle and for levelling front to back. 2 scissor jacks in the rear. Full hookups for shore power, city water, fresh water tank, cable tv. It has black water, grey water and fresh water tanks. It has an outside shower (that I have never used). Radio with inside/outside speakers (probably a CD player too but I never used it). It is wired for cable tv but I never put a tv in it. I think it has a crank up analog tv antenna. It has exhaust fans and I have added aftermarket exhaust fan covers so you can open the "skylight" fan covers when it is raining or while travelling. It is well lit with natural light and curtains open in daylight and pretty well lit at night by overhead lights. It has outside lights as well. I am selling it "AS IS" "Where Is." I don"t know of anything on it that doesn"t work, but check it yourself. I know of two minor flaws. Prior owner, per dealer, was handicapped and drove his 4 wheeler in and caused slight damage to the molding. Cosmetic only, and easily fixed if you want to. I never bothered. I scratched the outside on a street sign backing it into my driveway, scratching the paint and buggering the molding. I had it repaired by local dealer, but it is visible. I know of no leaks anywhere on the RV. NADA suggest listing for $23,350.00 with Average retail $17,100.00. I sold the Goldwing so I don"t need a toy hauler. I will replace this with another Jayco. Jayco makes a good product, but is not famous for their customer service. I recommend you check the Jayco website which has interesting videos related to the manufacturing process, floor plans and specifications. I don"t know the specs. and never bothered to check on them.
