This camper is in excellent condition I am the 2nd owner. First owner elderly couple as my wife and I are. Very well kept no inside or outside damage. All appliances,in excellent condition. The bathroom has a new Thetford lavatory with automatic sanitizing unit for the black water tank. Shelving for towels linen"s etc: Vanity cabinet sink with Mirror. Fully enclosed glass door shower. Kitchen has lot of counter space, and cabinet space. Atwood gas slide in cook top with oven (Oven never used). Norcold gas, electric refrigerator. High Pointe Microwave . Stainless steel double sink. Samsung 19 Inch T.V. that remotely goes into the counter top at rear of camper. Complete control panel inside the entrance to the Camper. The duct"d Atwood Gas furnace is 30000 BTU. Floors are of hard finish having vinyl look. Propane tanks and 12 V battery attached to the towing tongue of the camper, which also features Electric tongue jack lift. Four Corner manual leveling jacks. Spare tire is new never used. Four trailer tires 80 % or better tread.
