2012 Tomberlin Emerge 500 LE LSV Golf Cart features:
This cart has an OEM rear seat kit, mechanical wiper, LED lighting, brand new 14" wheels and tires, and Bluetooth portable stereo. Batteries installed 6/17. Before considering a lifted cart or a standard golf cart, consider this Tomberlin that has a top speed of 26 mph, is street legal, and can be registered with the DMV. Ride at the beach! Ride in your small town or retirement community! Ride in the national parks and carry it along with your RV. This golf cart / LSV / NEV is versatile and allows you to do much more than a standard golf cart for pretty much the same price as the other lifted golf / new standard golf cart models.
2017 (8) 6 volt batteries. Trojan T-105 South Carolina Title! Ready for plates! This cart has a top speed of 25 MPH. 2 Speed Modes! Turf and Road! NEW 14" alloy rims and tires. Onboard Quiq 48 volt charger is included. Cart has been kept in the garage and is in good shape. Bluetooth Radio - portable This cart was recently serviced by a dealer. Ready to go! Everything works including turn signals, wiper, horn, seat belts and speedometer. Cart has a 17 digit VIN. VIN number can be provided upon request. 870 original miles on the cart. Acrylic Flip windshield. A set of used custom enclosures is available for this cart. Please see the photo. These enclosures can be attached to the frame and are available for an extra $400 not installed and $600 installed. The enclosures include 4 doors. OPTIONS:

Wear your seatbelts! NHTSA street legal. New cost of this limo cart is between $10,000 - $14,999. I think the price at which I have this cart listed at is very fair and if you find a nicer cart at a lower price please let me know.
This street legal cart can be registered like a normal motor vehicle with insurance and the whole gambit.
Due to the nature of the vehicle (a golf cart) no returns and vehicle is sold as is with the applicable battery warranty. Video of cart running and driving available upon request!
