Everything works including turn signals, wiper, horn, seat belts and speedometer. Cart has a 17 digit VIN with manuals included VIN number can be provided upon request. Seats all match color, tan, despite the photos. The white rear seat was placed on mistake. updated pictures soon. The last row rear seat in the photo does remove.
