Vehicle description

If you’re in the market for a tiny house but thinking to yourself that they just seem too big then look no further. We’re talking serious tiny house people street credit with this 65 sq ft beast. She’s been well traveled, Virginia, North Carolina, West Virginia, Kentucky, and Pennsylvania so far. It’s time for me to part ways and let someone else find their adventure in this tiny house.
This little guy is the Jeep Wrangler of tiny houses. Definitely the 2 door type. It’s as tough as they come. Not exactly master craftsmanship work, lots of rough finishes and most of the build consists of salvaged materials. That being said it’s durable and shockingly functional. . doesn’t look half bad either.
Two monster skylights open up the space considerably, especially the one over the loft bed. The windows were replaced last year and the siding is brand new treated pine planks. She also has a fresh interior pain job. The floor is hemlock planks with marine epoxy and a drain that allows for showers and easy clean up. In the loft is a custom built U-shaped water storage tank made out of 6 inch PVC (I never used it for Storing drinking water but it’s Great for the gravity fed sink faucet and shower head).
The loft bed is an ikea memory foam mattress. There are lots of plumbing piping throughout for Fixtures, clothing stortage and easy access to the loft. The composting toilet is on casters and tucks away under a small sitting area. A simple fold down table is great for dinners or computer work. The couch cushions are canvas (a little worn out but easily cleaned up or replaced with some fabric and a staple gun).
Also included in the tiny house is a goal zero yeti all in one solar inverter and power supply along with a renogy solar panel (it’s all wired up just plug in the panel and you’re off the grid, a nutrichef fridge, and an a battery operated shower system (use outdoors only - With some ingenuity you can set it outdoors and connect it to the shower manifold for a luxurious Hot shower). Also there is an electric ceramic plate heater with a thermostat control (has a crack in it but still works fine, also you need external power to run it- too much for the solar set up). And last but not least is a propane little buddy heater with built in monoxide sensor.
If this sounds like what your looking for - I say go for it. This little house is ready to go and at a good price. At the time of pick up the buyer will receive the pink slip, registration, and PA plates good for one year, as well as a bill of sale. Due to covid shutdown of Pennsylvania the title will be sent once the state capital services re-open. Ballpark the tiny house weighs somewhere around 3,000 lbs maybe a bit more once all loaded up with gear.
Send me any questions you have, local pick up only. No delivery.
