Exterior has a fresh coat of white paint ready for your custom decals or mural design.
Unlike most RVs, this one is fully customizable. No furniture is attached to floor (it hooks to wall for safety) so you can take out, swap, or rearrange to make the home of your dreams.
It also has excessive storage. Its full kitchen, 4 large cabin overhead cabinets, a full hanging wardrobe with 4 large drawers, 9 cube storage drawers, and full basement below the RV means room for all your belongings.

No animals no smoking
Queen bed over cab, brand new low profile memory foam mattress with dust proof cover, never slept on

Issues (there are very few):1- small delamination on front left side of cabin. There has been a price reduction to reflect this. There is no water damage or leaks to my knowledge, and I did live in it for 6 months.
2- rusting near pilot light on water heater panel due to being stored next to the beach. No leaks and no issues. We don"t use it to be extra safe. Backup electric water heater runs no issues.
3- we removed side protective slide out cover. This does not affect the slideout at all, it"s cosmetic.
4- speedometer isn"t super reliable below 40mph lol
5- Some of the fans don"t work
6- external radio doesn"t work (has never worked, will never work)
