Vehicle description
For sale by owner. 2016 Tiffin Phaeton 40 ah. You won"t find a better deal. All electric and loaded with everything possible, except bottom freezer. 4 slide outs, 4 t v’s, conduction stove, full size refer w/ice maker, aqua hot water system, built in vacuum, add : tire pressure monitoring, bidet toilet, 8 new batteries. I could go on and on but if you’ve studied these r.v’s there is no need to. Maintained, serviced and ready to travel anywhere. Transferable good sam membership. I could do a face time I phone video if your serious. The price is where I need to explain. $169,000 Salvage titled, firm. Why ? RV was involved in 2016 Dixie R. V. flood. But did not flood or sustain any damage. Word got out through someone at Dixie about the r.v"s after the flood .Ive owned it for 3 years with no issues. I did some home work, with a friend, fema civil engineer. Water only came up to below mid wheels and for less than 32 hours from rise to fall. RV went to a insurance auction in Biloxi, Ms. EVERYTHING, according to law had to go salvage or water damaged. Everything was written off by the insurance company. I could not go to auction, only a salvage dealers where allowed . Tiffin’s and freight liners are almost bullet proof under their carriage and sealed to last years . A reputable salvage dealer from Rancho Ca. acquired many of these units, knowing he could move them quickly at a reduced price, and he did. This was one of the units he bought. His father drove this RV from Ms. to Ca. No issues. R.V. was there only 3 days, with only 2,800 miles on it arriving in Ca., before I flew in to see it , and not touched by dealer. I brought my electrical tools, checked it out, test drove it , before driving it back to my construction yard in Phoenix Az. Then had my mechanic go through it, completely. Including removing the wheels to check out brake pads and seals. Nothing, nothing, came it. ! ! NOTHING ! ! Only noticeable was in the back 4 rear compartments, a very slight waterline only in bottom rear cargo bays about 2 or 3 inches. No electrical components are installed this low. I kept it under cover in Az. until I sold my home there, now it’s at my home in Prairieville, La. Only 3 minor issues with R.V. over the 3 years, none related to salvage title, and where typical RV problems. Serviced by Scotties here in La. I’d drive it anywhere. Yes, you can get financing with good credit, and yes it’s insurable, currently with progressive. Savings of over $40,000 over anything I’ve seen with 21-k miles. I fell this is a great buy at $169,000
