Thunder Roadster GT Roadster road race car. Car has been campaigned in NASA ST-3 division for last 3 years. Very well sorted car, extremely reliable and competitive in class. Current 2017 NASA inspection and logbook. Originally built by Gary Tinker in Florida. Gen 2 1340cc Suzuki Hayabusa engine in stock trim ~168 wheel HP. Fuel injected and runs on 93 octane pump gas. Recently upgraded ceramic coated exhaust system. Upgraded Toyota 6.7 rear end with large spool and axles with 3.58 gear ratio. Many new parts, meticulously maintained. Documented maintenance schedule, setup information and receipts. Additional Aero modifications to enhance grip front and rear. Fully removable flat underbody underbody panels. Recent wrap looks great. New fuel tank bladder purchased in 2016, seat belts still current as well. Extremely economical to race and maintain. Consumables are very modest cost and last much longer than on larger road race cars. For example, brake pads last an entire season (approximately 8, 3-day events) at a cost of less than $150 for front & rear pads.
