Thoughtfully remodeled 26" travel trailer. We purchased this back in June 2021 from close friends who had previously bought it new and never had a chance to take it on the road much. It only had a few hundred miles on it at that time. We travelled the country in it for about 6 months, putting just over 13k miles on it. We have settled down now and it"s ready for some new owners.
All systems are fully functional with the exception of the grey water level sensor which apparently has never worked consistently since day one, but it is easy enough to tell when that is full and it really only needs to be minded when boon docking, sans sewer hookup.
All new - industrial grade primer and high performance acrylic latex paint throughout, kitchen sink/faucet, bathroom sink/faucet, custom day beds with storage underneath, custom queen bed platform with three separate under storage cabinets accessible from the inside and one accessible from the outside compartments, PrimaSleep 6" foam queen mattress, roller shades recessed in custom valences (no ugly factory fabric wrapped floppy boxes) door/drawer hardware, bluetooth/Apple car play head unit, 5.25" marine grade outdoor speakers, 2" LED recessed lighting w/remotes, kitchen table with chairs, toilet foot switch intake valve (good to know only if you care ???? ), awning fabric, bug screens and tires.
Trailer specs - Mfr. dry weight = 6,118 Cargo capacity = 1,382 GVWR = 7,500 Approximate tongue weight = 870 3,500 lbs. axles 30 Amp electrical Fresh water tank = 44 gal Grey water tank = 39 gal Black water tank = 39 gal
Included with trailer - New: 4 wheel chocks, single stage water filter, 2 - 15" RhinoFlex sewer hoses with transparent elbow fitting
Gently Used: Furrion WiFi rearview camera with 5" LCD display, 4 leveling platforms, brass water pressure regulator, 50" stainless steel water hose for docked city connection, 3 stage water filter, 5 solid sewer hose supports with ground stakes, 2 - 15A space heaters (good for use on nights that aren"t too bitterly cold to preserve propane that would otherwise be expended by furnace). I also have a dual fuel Champion electronic ignition 4500 watt generator that I am willing to include for an additional $800. We only used it twice and it has less than 2 hours on it.
Current CA registration is good through 3/31/22. I have the clear title as well. Delivery within 75 miles of Camp Verde, AZ available for no additional charge. Long distance hauls will be consider with terms to be negotiated.
