It has the power awning with LED light strip, outside power outlets, outside storage cabinet and drivers side lower rear storage cabinet with larger side opening door. This is a Ford E-350 Super Duty chassis with the 6.8L Triton V10 Gas Engine with Automatic transmission. It has a chrome metal front bumper and matching plastic grill, nice clean clear headlights. The wheels are 16 inch with chrome simulators and original Hankook Dynapro HT tires. SINCE IT ONLY HAS 10K MILES THE TIRES STILL HAVE PLENTY OF LIFE THE SIDEWALLS AND TREAD ARE GREAT! This also has the slide topper awning over the bedroom slide out. It has a 6 gallon Atwood water heater LP, LP furnace, Roof AC manual operation in living room set switch to set automatic. The generator is a Cummins Onan 4000 arV Quiet Gas with ONLY 9 hours on it! 30 Amp service fully self contained, this is a great size for.many.people and still has a good amount of sleeping space for family and friends which is always important to all of us. It has dual rear wheels also, tinted rear windows, rear ladder to roof, 8,000 lb max tow hitch and 500 lb tounge. The interior has led lights. The cab has tan cloth seating in excellent shape with green gold. Looked pattern inserts. It has 3 front cup holders, black vinyl floor, cruise, tilt, dash A/C. It has power windows, power door locks, emergency start. The stereo/Screen is an Axxera AVM70 6.2in digital touch screen with Bluetooth and dual mirror. Also has dual front airbags. The overhead bunk has the privacy curtain and mattress plus removable panel cover cab so you can stand there when not in use. It has the lathe flat-screen that can either stay.in the front overhead bunk.or swivel.to.the living room and dinette area where the other bed would bed. The dinette table.drops down for sleeping with the table and cushions. There is some tan carpet trim and the flooring I"d the simulated plank light wood natural style with lights and dark browns in it. This flooring goes all the way to the back and into the bathroom. Upnfront dash has HDMI input and USB charger built on and (2) 12v power outlets. This motorhome was just driven to the dealership 300 miles, the female driving it really enjoyed the smooth ride. The living room has valances with pull shades, color changing led lights, roof A/C multiple cabinets in the kitchen. Kitchen has the Norcold refrigerator that works great and was just tested overnight, simulated marble counteracts with fold out counter extension, thir master panel near entry with upper cabinet. The stove is a 3 burner with over and mosaic back splash. Also has the microwave and 2 pantry storage cabinets. The bathroom has s fill solid locking door, corner vanity with sink and mirror cabinet, toilet is porcelain solid China not plastic and has foot pedal flush. The shower has the stand up stall, skylight, shower curtain. The bedroom has a tan curtain for a door with the master bed with mattress comforter and pillows matching valances and pull shades, dual half closet mirror doors and lower drawers. It has a mini night stand with power outlets on one side upper cabinets and under cabinet speakers mounted. It also has a roof vent and ceiling lights other power outlets in front of the bed know the stationary wall. There is no bedroom TV does not look like one was ever mounted or put in this room.
