Ok here it is, my wife and I spent years building our specialized teardrop toy hauler, we are selling to build another to make room for a crib. Always garage kept, zero rust on 2013 frame with clean transferable registration.
30 gallon fresh water tank Electric and propane water heaters Marine battery with onboard charger Champion inverter generator included Inside the bag/rack on top fits the enclosed pop up black tent you see in one of the pics, included BBQ and stove included All led lighting inside and out Electric trailer jack Completely insulated with little buddy heater as well as 12v heater and fan for hot days 3ft by 4ft plexiglass skylight over sleeping area. Rear backup camera with 4 inch monitor with wire to install in your vehicle. Rear light bar to light up your site. Outdoor toilet/shower area. Fits in tent sites at most campgrounds instead of being in open site with those large campers. Towable with most vehicles at approx 2000 lbs dry weight. I am taking the full size bed out, you will need a air mattress or regular mattress to complete your adventure. Inside has removable grey carpet throughout.
