Constructed with wood, hard and foam insulation, steel tubing, aircraft aluminum, stainless steel hardware, aircraft cherry max rivets, and laminate floor. This is a sweet home build, all done by hand, and has never been used. I have to sell it because I am deploying for 15 months. It was intended to be completely off the grid and has all the amenities of a real home. Most of the appliances have never been used, and are straight from the box with the exception of the grill which was used twice. This trailer has close to 18 gallons of water storage, propane tank, hot water heater, electrical and propane, exterior shower, 19inch flatscreen TV, 3x 100 amp hour deep cycle solar storage batteries, 3 roofs mounted 150watt solar panels that can provide enough electricity for a mini-fridge in overcast conditions. It also has an air conditioner, heater, American flag futon. Two sliding glass windows and semi-large entryway curbside with lock and key. Has a beautiful custom bumper and custom fenders, capable of standing on. The cabin has plenty of headspace and is quite a roomie compared to some teardrops on the market. There are a few more goodies that are included, this bad boy is ready to hit the countryside, in any condition. It was originally registered in Florida and has yet to be registered in California. I"m willing to deduct money for registration in California. If you are a teardrop fanatic and absolutely love traveling then this is for you. I also think it is important to note that the Solar system alone is nearly 5,000$ plus the custom trailer 6,000$. . pretty cheap trailer for all the amenities. The market cost a lot more for similar amenities. This thing is perfect for taking to concerts or weekend long raves.
