The pictures of the yellow plane are the actual Stolp being sold. The flying model is a file picture only for reference to the same plane. It is not the Stolp being sold.
This aircraft has been in dry storage for several years. The builder was a certified AME and this aircraft was built from plans and certified by Canadian MOT. Wings are removed for storage but it is 100% there and ready to fly with minimal effort. The owner only flew it to 35 total hours and was stored due to health reasons. The Lycoming O290G was completely rebuilt with 10/1000 over sized pistons. This low time aircraft has a 9G rating and is a fun to fly two person bi-plane that will give you years and hundreds of hours of enjoyable flying. This is # 503 built with completion in 2003. The builder was a full time Canadian certified AME (Aircraft Maintenance Engineer) who has rebuilt hundreds of commercial aircraft in his career.
