For your consideration is a complete, reliable and proven Stewart & Stevenson LMTV M1078.
This truck came to me 3 years ago with only 1200 original miles and I have since driven it for an additional 6650 gentle miles on road with zero troubles.
Cab has been insulated for sound and the seats were upgraded with fully adjustable quality seats for driver and passenger. Very comfortable drive and ride. Two remote go-light search lights sit on top and can be operated from the toggles in the driver"s position, with provided remote controls or left forward to light up empty backroads. There is a 24v 125 GPM fuel transfer pump mounted directly behind the tank. Comes with four 10" sections of quick disconnect hose, nozzle and foot valve. Plugs into the 24v slave on the truck. Never did have to use it, so it is clean for use of water or diesel at this point. Truck comes with a good amount of extras including 3 extra sets of wheels with Goodyear tires 70% + with CTIS. Window seals, battery box cover, steering arm, seats, glass etc. Installed a coolant heater before the first winter I owned it so it has never been cold started once in 3 years.
To sum it up, it"s just a great example of a M1078 that"s ready to go. Please ask questions or request specific photos. I live about 20 minutes away from Tyson McGee Airport in Knoxville and can pick you up. Also have a wide open space that"s convenient for a transporter to load and will assist with what I can at my end, but actual and final transport is the buyer"s responsibility both logistically and cost.
