Vehicle description

This camper is in great condition and almost like new! Our family owned it since 2005. We kept it in dry, enclosed storage when not in use. This thing has a lot of space and features! I have listed some of the highlights below. Unfortunately, Ebay limited me to 24 pictures and it was difficult to show all the details. The slide out really makes this thing SPACIOUS! Attached is one of the original sales brochures showing the layout and full features. Refer to the column "Spaceliner" for full specifications.
These are just a few of the features, refer to the sales brochure in the photos for a full list. In addition, I have all the original documentation for the camper & accessories.
BEDS: King size, one end of camper Queen size, other end of camper Full, converted from dining area Super single, converted from seating area
APPLIANCES: 3 Way Refrigerator, 110vac, 12vdc, Propane Propane stove, can be used inside or outside, hookups in both places Propane heater Sink w/ water pump 18gal fresh water tank Auxiliary outside shower 110vac outlets Air Conditioner - this is awesome, especially for those hot summer trips to the lake!
TRAILER / Other: Tires are nearly new Spare tire on back Receiver hitch on back for optional bike rack Electric trailer brakes 4 manual leveling jacks Propane tank Awning w/screen enclosure Large storage bin. 2" ball
Disclosed damage & operational information: There is one zipper that is broken. it is still usable, but, needs some attention. This could be fixed either by DIY, or, taking it to an RV dealer for repair. Due to the nature of our camping, our family never used the fresh water tank / water pump. We always used the campground hookups. The water heater was never used either because of hot water available at the campground facilities. There is a 12v battery on board that is probably expired / not working. We always connected up the the campground power and didn"t worry with 12v power. We really never used the electric brakes either. Most of our hauling was from the dry storage facility to the campground (2 miles) and back.
Pickup / Delivery Options: I have this item located & stored in my hangar at Lexington Bluegrass Airport and can arrange for pickup at anytime. This auction is listed as the buyer will pickup. Delivery options are available, depending on distance.
