This has full body paint in great shape, A&E weather pro power awning with black metal protection cover, slide out topper awning, 10 gallon electric/gas water heater, rear ladder, hidden hitch with 7 way plug, 22.5" wheels with chrome simulators and original Michelin tires. The generator is an Onan Quiet Diesel 6000 with 723 hours and runs great. This has the sideways opening exterior basement storage cabinets. The entry way has vinyl tile pattern tan flooring with shag style gray carpeting in the driver and passengers areas as well as the living room and bedroom with vinyl tile pattern in the kitchen and bath. The cab has tilt, A/C, power heated mirrors, Cd stereo sirius ready, Voyager camera, 3 cup holders, passengers manual step cover, dual front visors and fans, windshield curtain, one piece windshield, Samsung Slim Fit front TV with samsung dvd/vhs player, 50 amp service with ems controller, tank monitors. the front seats are gray leather and the living room has a gray cloth sofa jack knife bed with matching love seat jack knife bed and seat belts. On the opposite hallway side it has a solid full door that swings open and close for privacy from the hallway to the bedroom. The hallway has cabinets and storage closet. The bathroom has the porcelain toilet, sink with vanity and mirror cabinet, roof vent and fan and a neo-angle shower with skylight. The bedroom has the bed with mattress, matching comforter shams and pillows, night stand and dual wall lamps, samsung Tv, bureau and seat with cushion and lower drawer. The closet has sliding mirror doors and a corner closet with louvered doors for a washer/dryer combo with hookups- currently has shelves in there from the factory that area removable. Interior is in nice shape, it has gold colored walls which looks like it was customized there are a few spots that the paint is peeling and chipping off the wallpaper. Exterior paint and sides are straight and has good shine to it. Overall nice clean unit only normal wear and use. priced thousands below book value- average retail book value is $71,200.
