Little gem. Tiny house. Runs and drives. I ripped the vanity out because I was replacing it with a nicer one, but I never got around to it. Was going to be a nice remodel.

It needs a vanity, backsplash, and a new water pump for the shower. Some light electrical work (1974) 110v. Its a CLASSIC vehicle for the perfect air bnb. Put in some siding, and a little wallpaper. Perfect for a handy man or lady! $3000 obo ! NO LOW BALLERS Currently sitting in storage. Title in hand.*will include 25 sqft of vynil siding and a gallon of beige paint free (I actually took out the vanity and was going to put flooring all the way up the wall for extra space!
