Original owner, well maintained 2014 Coleman 313BH. Payed $1,200 for titanium coating application to preserve exterior. Solar battery charger with controller. 1500 Watt installed invertor. Additional stablizer jack braces installed for stability. Used only 11 times since purchasing, selling because children getting older and no longer need such a large RV. Bunkhouse is large and easily sleeps 4-5 alone. Couch and table chairs fold down for additional sleeping. This is the Explorer with the Artic package. Well insulted RV built using aluminum framing(no wood studs). 36" in length, very nice rv. Everything works great. Air conditioning used only 1 time and microwave only used twice, because we have done most of our camping off grid. Weighs only 7,100 lbs. Outdoor kitchen area with additional refrigerator and sink(man cave) for BBQ ing,etc. I pull it with my F-150 with added air bags for support. Updated to dual 6 volt Deep Cycle batteries in(Series), last much longer than the original 12 volt. Outdoor shower. This RV has only been used for our personal camping trips, no one was allowed to live in or use it. Kept in storage when not being used. Upgraded very comfortable Master Bed,paid $600 for.
