Selling our 40 ft bus conversion. Now titled as an RV, which 1) doesn’t have to pass smog, and 2) can be registered/insured as non-op.
Motor is a Detroit diesel. Transmission is a manual Allison.
The bus is structurally and mechanically solid! Has fresh water, grey and brown water storage. The water heater is 10 gal. There is a ton of storage in the cargo space underneath, as well as throughout the interior.
Use ‘as is’ or renovate to your vision! You can easily add solar and live off grid. The bus is also great for short distance camping, or cross country trips.
We’ve been living in the bus for 2 1/2 years and are in the process of moving out. It will be ready for pick up at time of purchase.
