1999 Itasca Class “A” Motorhome in good condition for its age. See pictures. Selling this unit due to very limited use. Has been used very little for the last 5 years. Mostly as a convenient sleeping arrangement for visitors. 37’ with 1 large slide for main area. Ford V10 Gas Engine with 71K miles. Runs great. Tires 5 yrs old but have less than 10K miles on them. House A/C (2 units) work well. Sleeps 6 (4 comfortably): Queen bed in MBR. Fold down couch. Fold down kitchen table. Refrigerator/Freezer work well. Mircowave works well. Gas stove/oven work well. Great storage area in house and basement. Hydraulic leveling jacks. Has some challenges - Auto A/C is not working. Has some delamination, mostly rear driver side. Steps do not extend. Bathroom skylight needs to be replaced. Awnings work but need to be replaced soon.
