Holiday Rambler Imperial series 36" 5th Wheel Camper. year -2000 3 slide outs - Hydraulic. All hydraulic cylinders were overhauled in December 2018 2 roof AC central. Kitchen Appliances all in good working condition NO GENERATOR but there is a factory bay in front for installation. Laundry closet pre-wired with plumbing. No washer-dryer unit installed. Independent Shower cabin. Sink in a master bedroom. One Bathroom/ Toilet. Two big Propane tanks. Lots of storage inside and in a basement.

Have clean title in hands registered into my name in the state of Florida.

The camper needs some work to call it perfect. I started but lost interest to continue. Yes you can use it as is but here what you need to know:
- The fridge is household 110V (the original propane / electric was removed). - The water heater is electric only WORKS GREAT. (the original propane / electric failed and was removed) - The Plywood floor has a few soft spots easy to repair for a handy man. - Walls are solid except one corner in the back about two feet from the floor up. - Roof solid. no TV antenna. - I started to remove carpet in leaving area (carpet faded) to repair those spots and install Laminate Flooring instead of carpet. DID NOT FINISHED. - Hydraulics fluid needs to be added and air purged to operate the slide out. All cylinders are in good working condition (were overhauled in December of 2018) but camper was parked for a year. -to test roof ACs you need to provide 50AMP generator. There is no available shore power at parking. ACs works well. - All tires hold air well. The thread is good but it does have some cracks.
I lived in this camper for six months in Florida before purchasing a house. It was a comfortable living with three slide outs open and high ceilings it felt more like an apartment then camper.
Tires and brakes in good condition and camper can be towed.
