Don"t let the mileage scare you or the year. It"s about 10k miles a year. I guarantee this is a SOLID Chevy chassis and coach and the drivetrain feels as good or better than most of them! Its all in the maintenance of anything you drive and LOVE, you take care of it. . I have a made multiple short trips and 2 long trips in this Roadtrek 210. I pulled an enclosed trailer to South Dakota loaded with electric golf cart, camping gear and electric glide CVO Harley Davidson. Total mileage, very close to 4000 miles. I camped over 20 nights in the rig. The shower was incomplete so I bought new faucet, hangers, rollers, curtain and hose. The plumbing was already done. It"s fully self contained with Onan 2,.8 that starts immediately. Microwave, all 120 outlets, electric mirrors, cruise control, windows operate fine, I can"t think of anything that"s not working on this coach. I am very familiar with it. Had a ball and fell in love with these class B"s. I own more than one but I have 2 favorites I listed first, because I know them. I"ve used them and they will be LIKE I describe.
My first trip, I flew to North Carolina to get the RV and drove home. The owner had a briefcase full of documents and records. It gave me no trouble coming home,1300 miles. Its a great rig. AC blows cold/hot in front dash and Rear as well. In South Dakota, I used the furnace. Recent tires were mounted, dated (1216) with lots of tread remaining. No ticks, taps, knocks, or any unusual noises in the engine, Transmision or rear end. It is dry as a powder keg underneath. It is a 350/5.7 (EFI - No carburetor) with 3 way fridge, 2 burner propane range top, permanent mounted propane, all working. Factory hubcaps are still in tact.
You can expect 12-13 mpg on the highway. If you tow or use the generator, it will be less. But the rig is mechanically sound. It"s been well taken care of by a man in the military and just a pleasure to boondock camp or stealth camp. I don"t do RV hookups in parks. Cruise works too. The mirrors, windows, rear camera and power locks are operating as needed.
"Questions", please call,. . please call! I drive too much to text. You can reply thru Ebay mail too. . 325.665.3355 will reach me. Thank you, Bobby
OR You can Fly IN - Drive Home, like a mini vacation. I don"t mind meeting you at DFW, with the RV and you"ll be ready to go back!
