Vehicle description

SUPER Cool Retro 157 by Riverside Whitewater RV being offered for sale with NO Reserve! This little trailer has that neat vintage look and feel, but has all of the modern amenities that make us "happy campers" instead of being stuck in the driveway tinkering with old pipes and plumbing, or having the constant maintenance issues of a real "vintage" RV. This little guy draws a crowd wherever it goes, people always want to take pictures or look inside. It"s definitely eye-candy, but it"s also a very well built, well designed little camper that has a LOT more storage than you"d think, a great floorplan that"s very user-friendly and practical, and is light enough to tow with a LOT of different vehicles. No need for a big gas-guzzler to pull this little guy! This unit is about as new as you will find without the price tag, used on 1 short trip by folks in their 70"s, still smells and looks new. The pictures make it seem a bit more "blue" than it is, factory colors are White/Aqua, beautiful color combo in person.
The MSRP was $24,334, but being a 2018 model, the original owner was able to purchase it new in June of 2019 for just under 20k. It’s in pristine condition, one owner, one short trip (wife decided she is too old for "camping" and prefers the Hilton), all systems and appliances are fully functional, and carry their factory warranties. You wouldn’t believe how many people come over to you at the gas station just to exclaim “how cute” it is and to beg a look inside! But it’s not only cute: it’s a great touring RV, built with Amish craftsmanship to be lightweight, yet strong and durable. Dry weight is 2520 lbs, cargo capacity is 1000 lbs. It’s easily storable and perfect either as a weekend get-away coach or for long-distance journeys. Here is a link to a GREAT article on this make/model that you can copy/paste to learn all of the details: https:/ familyrvingmag.com/2018/06/01/2018-riverside-retro-157/.
The thing is, it’s unexpectedly roomy. Pictures make it look smaller than it is, it is very comfortable to be in, lots of windows and light too. Actually the coach is 7’6” wide, 15’7” long, and the interior height is 6’4,” tall enough for most men to stand up comfortably. It has a large table and eating area that can be quickly turned into a comfortable queen-size bed (measures 87" long by 61" wide folded down). It has a double-basin sink, gas cook-top, fans, exterior and interior shower, thermostat-controlled 16,000 BTU furnace, powerful 10,000 BTU A/C that cools this coach down FAST even in AZ (it also has the "Radiant Barrier Insulation" that was an option from the factory), a Gas/Electric Fridge with freezer, microwave, hot water heater, an LCD TV mounted on a swing-away arm for viewing throughout, AM/FM/CD and DVD. Lots of closet and storage space, lots of electrical outlets, USB ports, etc. It’s really an amazing little rig! If you look at my feedback, I generally only sell Airstreams and I"m pretty stuck on them, but this little coach impresses me.
Comes with factory books, manuals, remotes, and is ready to hit the road. Please take a look at all of the pictures, they describe it better than I can * * You have to "Click" on the smaller picture in the upper left-hand corner in order to bring up the pictures in the Full-Size window* * . Please feel free to contact me any time at (Heather Anderson) if you have questions or would like to set up a time to come see the coach. I am located in Tucson, AZ not far off of I-10, easy to find and the weather is BEAUTIFUL this time of year, so come take a look, this little Retro is worth the trip!

I am a licensed/bonded AZ auto dealer. . NOT by choice, but because here in the great state of AZ if you buy/sell more than 3 vehicles (of any kind) in any 12 month period, you have to get a license. I am in real estate, but also a classic car and Airstream nut, I also have a ranch, horses, trailers, etc. . let"s just say I bought and sold a few too many for the state"s liking, and due to the fact that they need revenue desperately- they decided to fine me when I sold a few more that what I"m "allowed", long story short- I jumped through all of their hoops and got my license several years ago.
Full payment is due within 7 days of the auction"s end, and the coach must be picked up within 15 days of payment (unless other arrangements have been made). Certified funds, cash in person or bank wire-transfer only. Payments MUST clear before the RV leaves my sight. There are no "title fees" or "doc fees" like the typical dealers have because as far as I can tell, that"s just a way to get an extra couple hundred dollars from someone, here in AZ it costs me $15.00 to get a temporary registration so that a buyer can drive home legally and $4.00 for a title, I think I can handle that. Please check my feedback, you"ll see that I don"t sell very many vehicles- but I do have 100% positive feedback on what I have sold over the years. I do NOT go to auctions and buy cars to sell, anything that I have sold or will sell either belonged to me or someone that I know or is a "consignment" type of sale. I have never liked most car dealers and am not all that thrilled to be "one of them".
* * This is a USED RV and is being sold as-is/where-is with no warranty expressed or implied . This RV is in great condition, but please be realistic- it is NOT a "brand new" coach - there may be a couple of little rock dings, and minor imperfections. If you can"t make it here to see it in person, please call me and I can walk around it with you. Again, please call me with any questions or to come see it: 520- 404-1975 . I would welcome and recommend that you come see it or have a 3rd party inspection. I will make it available throughout the auction for any and all inspections, just call and we"ll set up a time. Please understand that the description is only my opinion, yours may be different, I have done my best to take many pictures and describe the RV to the best of my ability. Just remember, we all tend to look better in pictures than in person- that"s just the way it is . Due to concerns of fraud, if you"re paying via cashier"s check, it must clear my account before the RV/title leaves my sight. I require a deposit of $500 via Paypal within 24 hours of winning the bid; I also require CONTACT with the buyer within 24 hours of winning the auction, just send me an email or give me a call so that I know who you are, etc. If there is no contact and no deposit, I reserve the right to sell the coach to the next bidder. All customers who take delivery in Arizona will receive a receipt showing taxes paid in Arizona to avoid being double charged by their home state.
