This is a forced sale as an alternative to repossession. This is a no reserve EBay Motors Auction offering. Final sale to the highest bidder is contingent upon full satisfaction of the current lien on this property. Lienholder is a NY State Based Federal Credit Union of which I am a member. The amount of opening bid in this auction is sufficient to fully satisfy the lien. Buyers payment will be direct to the lienholder for closure and receipt of the lien release.
This unit is offered for final sale as listed here, in as is condition, COD and FOB Tioga County, NY. The unit is available for inspection by appointment. I invite requests for more detailed information. I will respond truthfully and in a timely manner. If the sale ends with you as high bidder, it is not then an invitation to come here to kick the tires and dicker. The deal is done! You are under legal obligation to fulfill the terms of sale listed here. Under the present circumstances I do not have the luxury of being able to amend these terms even should I desire.
EQUIPMENT The unit is offered for sale equipped exactly as it was new from the factory: without LP tanks and battery and including all items shown on the factory build sheet. Aftermarket equipment shown here is included only as listed following:
INCLUDED: Dealer Installed: Two Maxair remote controlled thermostatic power roof vent fans. (Boondockers A/C) Lippert computer controlled “Smart Jack” tongue jack (Supplied new and uninstalled as received from a factory recall) Slide Out Topper (Roll out awning/roof)
NOT INCLUDED: Corner Power Jacks IMPORTANT. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! Corner Power Jacks shown presently are way overkill for this lightweight unit. They were installed temporarily as a prosthetic after a heart attack. Original crank down jacks will be furnished loose and uninstalled. The power jacks are wired for individual control and ready for a remote control option add on. They are for sale as a $500 dollar add to this auction but buyers would have to assume full responsibility for permanent installation.
CONDITION Trailer is in good condition with wear and tear normal for its age. It needs cleanup, detailing and some minor repair:
One plastic latch of A/C ceiling vent and one electrical outlet cover are broken. Slide `out drags the top of toeboard and has damaged trim. Approx 3 Square foot panel of under frame corrugated plastic sheeting has been cut out for access to service dump valves and needs replacing with new. New friction type hinge on pass door has become overly stiff and occasionally unlatches if not locked. Awning is stained somewhat on under side. Loose cabinet front panels shown in pictures are for access to winterizing valves and not broken.
