IMSA Racing series from 1983 to 1985. This car is original to IMSA specs but continued to race in SCCA"s Improved Touring "C" from 1986 to 2009. SCCA allowed it to change from Throttle Body Injection to downdraft Weber. This car, up until I got it, had NEVER been driven on the street, titled or registered and yet has 35,000 race miles on it. During all those years the car was never crashed or crashed into. It is not a show queen but mechanically works very well. I showed it to a VARA Tech official and he said it would need a fuel cell and fire system in order to race in VARA and VARA has a "Club Car" category. Seat needs recovering and belts and window net are out of date. 2 sets of 13" MOMO wheels. Car is now owned by and titled to a Florida resident but is in California. The paint looks much better in photo than in person however the metal is very straight.
