This 5th wheel belongs to my parents. Guess you can say my mother has OCD about keeping it clean and smelling awesome. No smokers allowed and I shampooed the carpet on 07/11/19. So, who ever purchases this will certainly be getting one that looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. It is certainly worth the purchase. The reason they are selling is because of my dad. They were full time RVers and have thoroughly enjoyed seeing the country. But, my dad had knee surgery and now is no longer able to travel. It has nothing to do with his knee, but another crippling issue that has him permanently grounded. Because of that, he now has a real hard time going up and down the stairs. They do have a place to go, but can"t until this sells.
Even though it is stated it only sleeps 4, that is referring to adults. But, there is room in the floor for pallets (kids love those) if the couch is not pulled out. Plus, the couch is a queen and that can sleep a few kids.
Once paid in full, they will need about a week to get moved out. Buyer will need a 1-Ton w/5th wheel connection or a 3/4-Ton with a 1-Ton towing package. Also with a 5th wheel connection.
Original price was $101,616.00 This is an excellent purchase considering the excellent condition and being well maintained.
The price listed is the lowest they will go. NADA is showing a lower price, but that is the wholesale price, not retail. So, please do not ask if it is negotiable or offer a lower price .
