Up for sale is a very good to excellent example of a Radical SR8 with a rare 3.2 RPE V8 engine. Radical builds about 90% of their V8 engines in a 2.7 configuration. The 3.2 engine has approx. 50 more hp. The car has 120 hours on the chassis and 35 hours on the engine since the last rebuild. Rebuild for the engine is recommended at 45 hours, however, I have run the engine to 50+ hours prior to the previous rebuild simply because so much time is spend idling when warming the engine (usually takes at least 10-12 minutes of idling to reach operational temperature).
It is fully loaded with the following options: LEFT hand drive (US spec) driver configuration Paddle shifters with auto blipper AIM custom Radical steering wheel with data AIM Sports MXL dash Intrax adjustable shocks Front headlight system Dry sump oil system Hot weather cooling system Air jack system to lift car for pitstops Other options (see photo description) Spare wheels/tires and comm system can be included for an additional cost. Those of you familiar with Radical SR8s also know how much they cost. This car can be purchased for a little more than a SR3 that has half the horsepower. Car is currently located at Spring Mountain Motorsports Ranch in Pahrump, NV and can be viewed anytime by appointment. Will consider trades for NON RACE CARS. Also NO kit or specialty cars. Just "normal" street cars!
Sidenote: I just ran the car in a club race this past weekend (12/09/17) and the car ran flawlessly. Just put fuel in it and its ready to go!
