Has aircraft ever been certified (Airworthiness Certificate issued) or registered by FAA? No.
Has engine been run on regular basis? If not, was it preserved or pickled in some way? No, but it runs fine.
What needs to be done to make aircraft airworthy? Repair builder issues and have an A & P certify it.
Is there a builder"s log with photos documenting the aircraft"s construction by builder? No. We cannot located the builder. On Apr-29-18 at 17:24:20 PDT, seller added the following information: This comes with a bill of sale from the owner. There is and never has been a title. The unit is not legally encombered in any way.
